- Agent cockpit rebuilt as a Linear-style entity page. The old
/team?slug=…view was a slim chat header with a right rail of skills and runs — visually noisy and disconnected from the rest of the app's entity surfaces (company / contact / deal all use the activity-feed + Properties-rail layout). The cockpit now renders through the sameEntityDetailcomponent: breadcrumbs (Team → <agent>), a big title with live/idle dot, the agent's description as subtitle, the activity feed with threaded @- mention comments underneath, run history, and a sticky right- rail Properties card showing Status (Running / Idle), Last run, Skills count, Tools count, and the Assignee picker. Because the activity-log / assignee / runs APIs accept any vault path,agents/<slug>.mdis now a first-class entity you can assign tasks to, comment on with @-mentions, and watch a run timeline for — same interaction vocabulary as the rest of the product. Starter prompts render as one-click cards above the skills list and dispatch into/runsdirectly. - Skills browser (formerly Playbooks) rebuilt as a Claude-Skills- style 3-pane browser. The old single-column accordion made you scroll 10 cards deep to find anything. The page now splits into
[ skills list | file tree | skill content ]: the left column groups skills by their frontmattergroup:(GTM starter pack, Building blocks, Research, …) and hyperlinks each row with a selected-state flame border; the middle column shows the selected skill's file layout (SKILL.mdalways present, with placeholderconfig/andtemplates/folders staged for future multi-file skills); the right column renders a Claude-Skills-shaped detail view — an 8×2 frontmatter table (name / version / agent / author / inputs), an Inputs form, a primary "Run skill" button, the SKILL.md body in a monospaced reader, and a breadcrumb trail above it all (playbooks › slug › SKILL.md). URL state lives in a?skill=param so deep links work and the first skill auto-selects.
