Pricing questions

What counts as a credit?

One credit = one product action. Identifying a visitor, enriching a contact, drafting a message, or firing a trigger all consume credits at the rates shown in the table above — from 1 credit for a company-level ID up to 30 for a lookalike batch.

Do credits expire?

Each pack has its own expiry window (30 to 240 days). Use them at your own pace within that window. No auto-renewals, no monthly commitments.

Can I buy credits multiple times?

Yes. Top up whenever you need. Unused credits from earlier packs stay on your balance until their expiry date.

What happens when I run out?

Agent actions pause until you top up. You can buy another pack from Settings → Billing in one click.
